WHO AM I?

Hi I’m Maggie Notley Gross, I was born and raised in Lorain, Ohio. I received

my culinary degree from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute of Pittsburgh in 1997.

During my years in culinary school I fell in love with the savory side of cooking. After

graduating I moved to Orlando, Florida to complete a 4 month externship with

Walt Disney World which lead to an eleven year career with the corporation. While at Disney I worked for many of their properties including The Disney Institute, Disney’s Polynesian Resort, Le Cellier in Epcot, and the Convention Center at Disney’s

Contemporary Resort.

In 2008, I moved back to Ohio to work for The Culinary Vegetable Institute (CVI) a subsidiary of The Chef’s Garden, the premiere growers of over 200 of thefinest micro herbs, edible flowers and heirloom vegetables to the nation’s finest resaurants and world-renowned chefs. With an extensive list of experience I decided it was time to focus on one of the very best parts of life........the sweet side!
